We are a small family business so we treasure vendors that have the same values of offering reasonably priced, high quality products that make our customers happy! Some specific areas which our sales/service team love about Kin & Pebble are: Their Website: It’s a wholesale site that consumers can use to browse the many different personalized products they offer. So many vendors sell direct to customers so it’s nice to have a vendor who hold the line on this. The website is inviting and super easy to use. Quick Delivery: For silver items, they say about 7 business days but generally the actual time is about 3-4. EASY, EASY,EASY: Yes, seriously easy. When you think of personalized jewelry (pictures, fingerprints, etc.) it can be a little over whelming. But, it’s not. The training is excellent and they give you all the tools a retailer would need to make the process easy for the sales associate and the customer. Service: The team at Kin & Pebble are very helpful and are always willing to assist us with rush jobs and even engraving on customers pieces.
